Vince Lara Sandal (ShopBop - sold out)
I love simple sandals with a block heel, toe strap, and ankle strap. They just look so grounded and low-maintenance. A block heel makes taller shoes easier to walk in because you don't lose your balance as easily. And the simple construction of the Lara by Vince goes with anything. It looks modern and classic, and very minimalist. The slashed leather gives it a unique look. I did spot them on Gilt one time, but even then they were out of my price range. I found the double-take below recently:
The Bamboo Senza-06 sandal looks very similar to the one by Vince. If you love the look, grab a pair of these for yourself! But I prefer to wait for the real deal because I'm holding out for a genuine leather double-take.
